Service and Usage Agreement

Welcome to Host24.am․ This Service Agreement is a legally binding contract between Host24.am and you, the customer. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services.

1. Definitions

• Service(s): Web hosting, domain registration, server management, and other related services provided by Host24.am.
• Customer: Any individual or organization who uses, subscribes to, or purchases services from Host24.am.
• Account: The online account created by the customer, through which they access and manage the services provided by Host24.am.
• Website: The website available at www.host24.am, through which Host24.am offers its services.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility:
To register an account and use Host24.am services, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

2.2 Account Information:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2.3 Account Security:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details (username and password). You must immediately notify Host24.am of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services Provided

3.1 Web Hosting:
Host24.am offers web hosting services, including shared hosting, VPS hosting, and dedicated servers. The scope of each hosting service is detailed on our website.

3.2 Domain Registration:
Customers can register domain names through Host24.am. Domain registration is subject to availability and is governed by ICANN policies.

3.3 Server Management:
Host24.am offers managed and unmanaged server solutions. The level of management provided varies depending on the selected plan, as described on the Host24.am website.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

4.1 Uptime Guarantee:
Host24.am guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Downtime caused by planned maintenance or factors outside of our control (e.g., network outages) is excluded from this guarantee.

4.2 Remedies for Downtime:
If the service availability drops below the guaranteed level, Host24.am may, at its sole discretion, offer compensation in the form of service credits. These credits may not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Billing Cycle:
Host24.am offers monthly, quarterly, and annual payment cycles. Payments for services are made in advance for each payment cycle.

5.2 Payment Methods:
Host24.am accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the account.

5.3 Late Payments:
If payment is not received by the due date, Host24.am reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. Late payments may incur additional fees as described on our website.

5.4 Price Changes:
Host24.am reserves the right to change the pricing for services at any time. Customers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will not affect services that have already been paid for.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Acceptable Use Policy:
You agree to use Host24.am services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

• Distribution of harmful software or malicious code.
• Hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Hosting or promoting illegal activities, including (but not limited to) hacking, phishing, or spamming.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or damages Host24.am servers, network infrastructure, or service use by other customers.

6.2 Data Backup:
While Host24.am may offer backup services, you are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of your data. Host24.am is not responsible for data loss.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 Termination by Customer:
You may terminate your services with Host24.am at any time by providing written notice through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. No refunds will be provided for prepaid services unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

7.2 Termination by Host24.am:
Host24.am reserves the right to terminate or suspend your services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in prohibited activities. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

7.3 Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is detailed on our website. Customers may be eligible for refunds based on specific conditions, including dissatisfaction within the first 30 days for new hosting accounts. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties:
Host24.am provides its services "as is" and "as available." We do not make any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the services provided, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.2 Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Host24.am, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Force Majeure:
Host24.am will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership of Content:
Host24.am does not claim ownership over any content, data, or files that you upload to our servers. However, by using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, copy, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the services.

9.2 Third-Party Content:
Host24.am may provide links or access to third-party services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Host24.am, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to the Agreement

Host24.am reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and you will be notified via email. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yerevan, Armenia.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement:
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies posted on our website, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Host24.am regarding the use of our services.

13.3 No Waiver:
The failure of Host24.am to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
